Basketball Player Fee (Ages 4-17) - $160

Fees can be paid in person or through the link provided after registration.

• $160 player fee is due at registration

• Players will not be placed on a team until their balance is paid in full

• JUNIOR PEE WEE IS FULL!! Any registrations after 11/17/25 will be waitlisted.

NOTE: The uniform size requested on this form will be the size ordered for the player. If the size ordered does not fit, it can be replaced at the players expense. Size requests cannot be guaranteed for registrations after November 13.
